Product Marketing Manager - Radiation Oncology Software

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Radiation Oncology software solutions in the Varian Radiation Oncology Solutions business area across the APJ region. The role covers business planning, order performance, forecasting, and acting as subject matter expert for advanced treatment planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the sale of the targeted product portfolios, acting as technical product expert, developing and presenting sales proposals and systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales
• Develop GTM plans for Radiation Oncology software portfolios, set priorities for cross-functional teams, build clinical evidence strategies and train internal teams on product operations and clinical benefits
• Use market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning, and partner with regional, zone and global product marketing teams to segment customers by clinical and economic needs
• Develop tailored portfolio strategies that increase adoption and commercial impact, support regulatory affairs on new product registration, and work with regional and country marketing teams and sales to develop reference sites
• Create and execute training, tools and marketing collateral such as brochures, sales PPTs and white papers
• Deliver business plans, order results and forecasts for product lines, own the business case, launch and post-launch processes, and track and mitigate gaps
• Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, government agencies, regulatory bodies and key opinion leaders, and support the Director of Product Marketing in cross-regional performance monitoring
