Production Administrator – Timber & Metal Works

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Production Administrator to support our timber and metal fabrication operations. The role will involve handling administrative tasks, coordinating documentation for doors and gates, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. You will work on‑site in Woodlands, Singapore, reporting to the production manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the production of timber doors, metal doors and gates.
• Review, interpret and process technical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain production records, job orders and daily reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Monitor inventory records, assist with material requisitions and update databases.
• Handle general office tasks and ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings for doors and gates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data‑entry systems.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Prior experience in production, fabrication or construction is an advantage.
• Independent, reliable and a team player.
