Production Operator II

About the role

The Production Operator II is responsible for coordinating daily manufacturing activities to achieve production targets while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards. The role requires a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all production activities, optimizing manpower, materials, machines, and methodologies.
• Execute product processing accurately, following GMP, quality, and work‑instruction requirements.
• Perform basic equipment repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and security policies.
• Support the supervisor by completing delegated tasks and ensuring a clean, organized work area.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of safety rules and precautionary measures.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
