Professor / Associate Professor in HR Management & OB

About the role

The School of Business at a top‑ranked Asian university seeks a tenure‑track faculty member in Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior. The position is open to candidates at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level, with a preference for mid‑career or senior scholars.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑impact research published in leading journals such as AMJ, OBHDP, and Organization Science.
• Teach undergraduate, MSc, MBA, EMBA, PhD, and executive education courses.
• Supervise doctoral students and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive research community.
• Participate in departmental service and curriculum development.

Required profile

• PhD in Management, OB, HRM, I/O Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong record of publications in top‑tier academic journals.
• Commitment to innovative and excellent teaching.

Required skills

• Research methodology expertise relevant to HR/OB topics.
• Ability to develop and deliver graduate‑level coursework.
