Project Executive - Merchant Onboarding & Deployment

About the role

EPOS Pte Ltd is hiring a Project Executive for its Project Deployment / Operations department in Singapore. The role manages the end-to-end merchant onboarding and deployment of the EPOS system, combining project coordination, technical setup verification and merchant training so that merchants are ready to use the system smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new projects from order sheet receipt through preparation, deployment and completion, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success and Technical Support and tracking milestones against SLAs.
• Review merchant information, product data, hardware requirements and system configurations, and prepare backend setup, data entry, menu and product configuration and QR codes.
• Verify hardware readiness, payment terminals and system integrations, run pre-deployment checks and maintain project documentation.
• Deploy the EPOS system onsite or remotely, train merchants on operations, workflows and hardware, test key workflows and obtain merchant confirmation.
• Follow up after deployment, troubleshoot basic issues within scope, coordinate with technical teams and hand over to Customer Success.
• Follow standard operating procedures, identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce lead time and deployment errors.
