Project Manager (10-Month Contract)

About the role

NETS, part of the NETS Group, is a payments services group that enables digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the payments value chain, including Singapore's national debit scheme. It is looking for a highly organised, results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget. The position is a 10-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables together with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs, and measure project performance
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Perform risk management and create and maintain project documentation

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technology discipline, with equivalent business experience
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred

Required skills

• Strong understanding of project management tools
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices and integration patterns
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management and compliance frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
