Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables, coordinating with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates, monitor spend, and approve invoices, variations and procurement.
• Manage contracts and stakeholder relationships, negotiate and resolve contractual issues, and maintain client communication.
• Lead site teams, assign tasks, supervise contractors and subcontractors, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards and address site issues promptly.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans and handle delays, disputes and emergencies.
• Track performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing medium to large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations and authority processes.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (advantage).

• Permanent employment with a competitive salary package of SGD 5,000–7,000 per month (basic salary plus allowances and variable bonus).
