Project Manager (Enterprise Systems)

About the role

Activate Interactive, a technology consultancy in Singapore, is looking for a Project Manager to join its team in the Paya Lebar Quarter. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with renewal potential up to 36 months. The role covers end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of enterprise and citizen-facing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of the assigned portfolio, including project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and release coordination.
• Coordinate agile delivery across business, product, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams.
• Manage project governance, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, decision-making and reporting to management and governance forums.
• Coordinate requirements, solutioning, testing, cybersecurity compliance, deployment, operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.
• Support production operations, planned after-hours deployments and Severity incident coordination, including follow-up on defects and corrective actions.
• Undertake structured handover and job-shadowing with incumbent officers to preserve system, vendor and domain knowledge.

Required profile

• Experience building digital products and a proven track record of delivering them with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience working with a product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation, minute-taking and technical writing.
• Meticulous, tenacious and able to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Availability for planned deployments and Severity incident support outside office hours.

Required skills

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
• Computer science or product management-related degree or diploma is a plus.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq is a plus.
