Project Manager – Large‑Scale Industrial Projects

About the role

Our client, an established engineering and project delivery organisation, is looking for a Project Manager to lead large‑scale industrial projects in complex environments. You will own the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation to handover, ensuring delivery meets timeline, budget, quality and safety expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of industrial and construction projects, developing execution plans, schedules and delivery strategies.
• Allocate resources, sequence activities and ensure execution readiness aligned with project objectives.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams; run project meetings and coordinate progress updates.
• Track progress against milestones, monitor cost performance, resource utilisation and productivity.
• Identify risks and opportunities, support variation management, forecasting and budget control.
• Provide site oversight, conduct inspections, validate progress and resolve site‑related issues.
• Ensure works comply with specifications, drawings, contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction or industrial projects.
• Track record of delivering complex projects and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery and cost control.
• Experience in industrial, energy or process‑driven environments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
