Project Manager – Offshore Patrol Vessel Project

About the role

ST Engineering Marine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as ADSB's on‑site representative for the construction, commissioning, testing and delivery of three Offshore Patrol Vessel platforms. You will lead day‑to‑day activities, ensure compliance with contractual and classification requirements, and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between ADSB, ST Engineering, OEMs, subcontractors and the Classification Society.
• Monitor construction progress against the master schedule, identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inspections covering hull, machinery, electrical, outfitting and control systems.
• Maintain regular site presence, verify workmanship quality, and review material certificates, inspection records and quality dossiers.
• Oversee implementation of Inspection & Test Plans, review WPS, PQR, WPQ, NDT reports and coating inspections.
• Manage NCRs, deviations, concessions and corrective actions through to close‑out.
• Lead Harbour Acceptance Tests, Platform Acceptance Tests, commissioning activities and sea trials, ensuring all deficiencies are resolved before final acceptance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex shipbuilding or marine construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of classification society rules, OEM requirements and contractual compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse technical and regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience in risk identification, mitigation planning and schedule control.
