About the role
The Nicewicz group in the School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) at NTU Singapore is developing new sustainable molecular transformations for the synthesis of complex small molecules. It is hiring a Project Officer to support the group's research. The school is a newly established interdisciplinary joint school under the College of Engineering and the College of Science.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the progress of the research projects by monitoring the use of consumables and the condition of laboratory assets.
- Manage the purchase, procurement and safety matters of the group.
- Assist with data collection for the ongoing project.
- Arrange weekly group meetings.
Required profile
- BSc in Chemistry.
- Experience handling reagents and solvents in synthetic organic chemistry.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified; the hiring institution is NTU.
