Project Operations Executive

About the role

EPOS Pte Ltd is hiring a Project Operations Executive based in Singapore, working on site. The role covers everything from reviewing project requirements and coordinating with clients before deployment, to configuring client backends, supporting go-live and handling issues during the first week after deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Review project requirements in the job sheet, identify scope, deliverables, dependencies and special needs, and clarify anything unclear with stakeholders.
• Run pre-deployment calls with clients to confirm readiness, timelines, operational requirements and the deployment plan.
• Gather and validate business information, documents and setup requirements, ensuring prerequisites are met.
• Coordinate with the Technical Team and Payment Team on hardware, software and payment device needs, track dependencies and escalate risks or blockers.
• Create and configure client backends, including QR tenant creation, menu setup, user accounts, device assignment and other system requirements, then validate internally.
• Run final readiness checks with the assigned Trainer and client, confirm setup is complete and hand over to the Trainer for onsite or remote deployment.
• Support the client during the one-week stabilization period, resolve issues with internal teams, and act as the main contact in client group chats when the Trainer is unavailable outside office hours.
