Quality Assurance Specialist – Logistics (APAC)

About the role

Join Getinge’s APAC logistics team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. You will support the establishment and maintenance of the global logistics quality management system, ensuring compliance with international standards, regulations, and Getinge’s own directives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager Logistics (LQO) and act as backup for the ADC location.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Getinge Quality System across APAC logistics operations.
• Support supplier performance monitoring, audits, and documentation in line with Getinge requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Global Sales to address quality topics and enhance compliant warehouse processes.
• Participate in projects, change initiatives, and improvements affecting logistics operations.
• Conduct and support internal and external supplier audits, including SCAR and CAPA management.
• Coordinate Quality Holds, perform FSCA activities, and report regulatory findings to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA).
• Lead Gemba walks, share best practices across distribution centers, and contribute to operational review meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance or quality management within a logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Familiarity with international logistics standards, regulations, and audit processes.
• Ability to develop and deliver training material for logistics procedures.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, business units, and global teams.
• Proven capability to manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and supplier quality agreements.
