Quality Assurance Specialist – Logistics

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will lead the development and implementation of QA procedures across warehouse, transportation, and last‑mile delivery operations. You will ensure that logistics processes meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain QA standards for inventory handling, packaging, and delivery activities.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, recording findings and corrective actions.
• Investigate quality incidents such as mis‑shipments, damages, and delays, leading root‑cause analysis and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce error rates and optimize logistics flows.
• Support onboarding and training of operations staff on quality standards.
• Report key quality metrics and provide insights for performance enhancement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven ability to lead audits, investigations, and corrective‑action processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining comprehensive documentation.
