About the role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to join our acoustic solutions team. You will work with AutoCAD to take off quantities from building plans, support cost estimations, and help deliver sound‑proofing projects on time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project data.
- Take off quantities from architectural and acoustic drawings.
- Assist in costings and preparation of shop and as‑built drawings.
- Track project milestones and provide timely progress updates to the team leader.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to suggest service improvements.
Required profile
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD for drafting and quantity take‑off.
- Ability to interpret building plans and extract relevant quantities.
- Good communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented and able to meet project deadlines.
