Recommerce Business Intern (Jan 2027)

About the role

Join Carousell Group’s Recommerce team as a Business Intern starting in January 2027. You will work across regional markets to analyse data, support pricing initiatives and help launch go‑to‑market programs for new features.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse category, listing and transaction data to identify growth opportunities and recommend supply‑demand actions.
• Own weekly and monthly dashboard reviews for Recommerce pillars and evaluate campaign outcomes.
• Support pricing, fee and rebate modelling, forecast outcomes and conduct competitor research.
• Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market programs in collaboration with local teams.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize data, craft GTM messaging and automate reporting.
• Execute promotional campaigns across in‑app and outbound channels, including audience definition, copywriting and testing.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Detail‑oriented, comfortable working with numbers.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Mandarin preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and manage multiple stakeholder requests.
