Recruitment Consultant – 360° Role

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Ambition you will act as a full‑cycle recruiter, handling every stage from the initial job brief to successful placement and post‑placement support. The role is ideal for a commercially minded, relationship‑driven professional eager to become a market expert and trusted advisor in a chosen vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment assignments from intake through to placement.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients.
• Convert prospects into long‑term clients through proactive relationship building.
• Build, manage and maintain high‑quality candidate talent pools.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments aligned with client requirements.
• Support candidates with interview preparation, offer management and post‑placement engagement.
• Continuously develop subject‑matter expertise and market presence.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment.
• Proven track record in external recruitment (preferred).
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑driven with a positive mindset.
• Creative problem‑solver willing to challenge the status quo.
