Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter / Talent Advisor (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter / Talent Advisor to join our fast‑growing, people‑focused team in Singapore. The role combines business development, talent sourcing and relationship management in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic talent‑acquisition advice.
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, social media and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening, interviews and suitability assessments.
• Present qualified candidates with market insights and negotiate offers.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM platforms.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks and hiring activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–8 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing or business development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment tools.
