Recruitment Consultant – Remote (5‑7 yrs experience)

About the role

PeopleLAKE Group is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join its remote team. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of full‑cycle (360‑degree) recruitment experience and a proven ability to match top talent with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source, screen, and qualify candidates and client accounts.
• Manage client expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and corporate clients.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience in a 360‑degree role.
• Demonstrated success in business development and candidate sourcing.
• Certified Recruiter with a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about talent placement.
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (no work‑permit sponsorship).
