Recruitment Manager (Agency)

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Recruitment Manager (Agency) to drive recruitment activities for the Agency Division and guide Agency Leaders. Reporting to the Recruitment Cluster Head, the role works closely with the Agency Division to grow the agency force and bring in quality, productive Financial Representatives, while overseeing their selection and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Drive manpower growth through identified key performance indicators.
• Provide guidance, support and direction to Agency Leaders to meet monthly and yearly recruitment and retention targets in line with company plans and strategy.
• Identify and lead recruitment-related projects and initiatives supporting manpower growth.
• Work with Agency Leaders to identify quality Financial Representatives using selection tools and qualitative assessment techniques such as interviews.
• Oversee the systematic onboarding of new Financial Representatives through company initiatives to build a solid foundation and positive behaviours.
• Set and track standards for new Financial Representatives so they adhere to them and build career longevity.
• Identify and encourage Financial Representatives who wish to progress toward agency management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in distribution management, stakeholder management, recruitment or sales activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study.
• Ability to communicate effectively, present well and negotiate, with strong stakeholder management, influence and persuasion skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong data management and administrative capabilities.
