Regional Account Director - Financial Services, APAC

About the role

JLL is hiring a Regional Account Director (Financial Services Client Work Dynamics, Asia Pacific) to lead its partnership with a large Financial Services client across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Managing Director, Work Dynamics, Asia Pacific, the role sits at the Client office in Singapore and covers facilities services across the client's APAC portfolio. It is responsible for consistent, high-quality service delivery, regional performance, financial management, risk oversight and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional account management and delivery, translating client priorities into structured plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery across all sites, with quality, control, simplification, consistency and innovation.
• Own regional KPI governance, contract and commercial compliance, and risk and incident management.
• Own regional financial management, including forecasting, budget oversight and resource alignment.
• Standardize processes and data standards across locations, and promote transparent, timely communication.
• Serve as the single point of contact and escalation for the client, championing change and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years' experience in real estate services, with deep expertise in Facilities Account Management.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-country Facilities Management accounts, including P&L responsibility across geographies.
• Experience partnering with global financial institutions and balancing client expectations with firm profitability.
• Ability to lead large, matrixed teams across APAC markets.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Transaction Management, Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Workplace Strategy and Employee Experience.
• Understanding of contract compliance, risk management, data governance and performance reporting.
