Regional Center Partner – Pharmacovigilance (1‑year Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports the Regional Center activities for pharmacovigilance, ensuring safety information is collected, reported and handled in line with Roche and local regulatory requirements. The role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a high‑quality, inspection‑ready PV system.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, report and manage safety information across the assigned regional coverage, complying with Roche and local regulations.
• Oversee external vendors and perform safety risk‑management activities.
• Prioritise workload to meet regulatory timelines and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of PV processes.
• Collaborate with PSO colleagues, subject‑matter experts, country champions and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate and follow up on risks, gaps or deviations related to regional activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record management according to Coremap requirements.
• Ensure the local PV system aligns with the global Roche PV system and remains inspection‑ready.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate data for the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
• Manage safety case intake, follow‑up, assessment, reporting and documentation with high quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmacovigilance or related safety reporting functions.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and inspection readiness.
