Regional Finance Analyst – East Asia (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Regional Finance Analyst to join the Singapore‑based finance team supporting the East Asia region (excluding Japan, India and China). The role will drive financial planning, performance analysis and digital finance transformation across multiple markets, providing actionable insights for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly closing, quarterly reviews and re‑forecast cycles; deliver variance analysis and contribute to annual budgeting and mid‑term planning.
• Analyse structural fixed costs, monitor headcount trends and champion cost‑optimization initiatives aligned with efficiency and sustainability goals.
• Provide gross‑margin analysis across products, solutions and services, evaluating drivers such as sales mix, pricing, project execution and FX impact.
• Lead finance digitalisation projects, automate reporting processes and build dynamic dashboards using Power BI, Excel and EPM systems.
• Partner with regional business leaders, sales and operations teams, delivering ad‑hoc analyses and ensuring alignment with corporate reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or financial analysis, preferably within a multinational industrial or technology company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
