Regional Finance Manager, APAC

About the role

Genesis MedTech is seeking a Regional Finance Manager for the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the Group CFO and working closely with the Head of APAC Sales and regional leadership, the role will drive financial planning, performance analysis, and operational decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term strategic planning aligned with APAC growth objectives.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports with variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year performance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Commercial Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs to provide financial modelling, pricing analysis and investment evaluation.
• Oversee all accounting processes for APAC, ensuring timely monthly financial statements, audit coordination and compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.
• Monitor operational processes such as orders, payments, expense control, warehousing and shipping.
• Support corporate governance and board activities, including meeting coordination, material preparation and maintenance of corporate records.

Required profile

• Experience working in finance within the APAC region, collaborating with commercial and operational functions.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing detailed management reports and KPI analysis.
