Regional Market Access Director – Vaccines & Infectious Disease, APAC

About the role

The Regional Market Access Director will lead access, tender and pricing strategies for the Vaccines & Infectious Disease portfolio across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Regional Market Access leader, you will partner with market teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure successful execution of the integrated business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored value propositions and pricing/negotiation strategies for APAC markets.
• Manage strategic responses to external economic, regulatory and political changes.
• Represent the region in global access and pricing strategy development.
• Lead execution of global access strategies with local market teams.
• Plan and conduct landscape and pricing research to support market access plans.
• Design and implement regional access initiatives and support country price approval proposals.

Required profile

• BA/BS in business administration, health policy, health economics or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Strong experience in market access, health economics, outcomes research and pricing at a regional pharmaceutical level.
• Proven commercial acumen, leadership and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize strategic information across commercial functions.
