Regional Regulatory Affairs Analyst – Compliance (Singapore)

About the role

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its Regional Country Compliance team in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and supporting cross‑divisional regulatory initiatives that affect the firm’s Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee country‑wide centralized compliance programs across regulated entities in Singapore.
• Drive implementation of regulatory initiatives and manage compliance program enhancements.
• Coordinate regular and ad‑hoc regulatory audits, surveys, and questionnaires.
• Manage internal and external audit engagements and track regulatory interactions.
• Organise responses to regulatory and industry consultations and engage with industry bodies.
• Handle corporate governance matters for office leadership.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory or related financial services roles.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, well‑organized and hands‑on.
• Strong project management abilities with multiple stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
