Regional Retail Performance Intern, Travel Retail

About the role

Parfums Christian Dior, part of LVMH, is looking for a Regional Retail Performance Intern for its Travel Retail APAC Regional Education Team, reporting to the Regional Retail Performance Manager. The intern supports the team by managing retail performance tools and training content, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and creating regionally adapted e-learning for Beauty Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Digital learning support: create e-learning news posts and localized content such as Asia beauty trends, manage training material administration and deployment, plan the content calendar for the mobile learning app, and edit training videos with subtitles
• Training administrative and operational support: process quotations and invoices, update budget expenses, consolidate product orders for training teams and couriers, and support logistics for training seminars and regional meetings
• Create and update regionally produced retail and training tools and liaise with external vendors on production, translation and shipping

Required profile

• Full-time internship commitment of 6 months from December 2026/January 2027 to June 2027
• University student or fresh graduate interested in retail training with a leading luxury beauty brand
• Understanding of the luxury beauty industry, detail-oriented, fast learner, good project management and teamwork skills
• Digital savviness and willingness to work in a multicultural environment

Required skills

• Good content creation and video editing skills
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut and Excel are a plus
