Renal Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Renal Staff Nurse to join our dialysis centre team. You will provide high‑standard nursing care to renal patients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the haemodialysis process.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for renal patients.
• Perform needling of A‑V fistula, A‑V graft, or central venous catheter for haemodialysis.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, report incidents, and complete all required documentation.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and medical team, following doctors’ rounds and treatment changes.
• Educate patients on dialysis procedures and self‑care.
• Maintain accurate patient data, ensure availability of supplies and equipment, and uphold a clean, safe environment.
• Participate in quality assurance programs, nursing committees, and other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing or related field, registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED certification.
• Highly motivated, team‑oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to candidates with no prior experience.
