About the role
The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at NTU is seeking a Research Assistant to develop training materials and support specialised clinical and medical education sessions related to medical robotics. The role bridges clinical expertise in occupational or physiotherapy with engineering research.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical input for risk assessments of medical robotic products.
- Lead training of clinicians during installation and implementation of robotic systems.
- Perform and oversee clinical trial site management duties, including site selection and monitoring.
Required profile
- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Comfortable and skilled in public speaking and delivering training.
- Proficient with PC use and strong organizational abilities.
- Teaching or research experience is preferred.
