About the role
The Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) at Nanyang Technological University is hiring a Research Associate to support the Climate Transformation Programme’s Climate and Human Health cluster. The role focuses on studying public perceptions of climate change and health, and developing health communication strategies in the context of climate change.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct literature searches and prepare manuscripts.
- Collect data using mixed‑methodology approaches.
- Perform statistical analyses and evidence synthesis.
- Draft progress reports and final research reports.
- Produce research publications, presentations, and disseminate results.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with the research programme.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in psychology, social sciences, or a health‑related discipline.
- Solid foundation in statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team‑oriented mindset.
