About the role
The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is looking for a research fellow to carry out a research project on product design and engineering for quantum photonics. The fellow is also responsible for the administrative and logistical upkeep of laboratory operations. Experience in quantum photonics is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research activities related to product design and engineering for quantum technologies.
- Apply optics and electronics design knowledge to develop and optimise quantum technology and quantum photonics systems.
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks for laboratory operations.
Required profile
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or Quantum Engineering.
- Familiarity with quantum technologies.
- Proven experience in product design, project leading and optics alignment.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated in multidisciplinary research.
