Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will lead multiple store locations across Singapore, ensuring operational excellence, strong sales performance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate retail teams across multiple outlets, handling staff training, performance management and workforce planning.
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing upselling, cross‑selling and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient processes, visual merchandising standards and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage inventory and supply‑chain activities including stock control, demand forecasting and vendor coordination to minimise shrinkage.
• Prepare budgets, monitor P&L, conduct sales analysis and report financial performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities with experience in conflict resolution and staff development.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills, focused on satisfaction and retention.
• Analytical mindset able to interpret sales data, market trends and make quick decisions.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities for interacting with staff, customers and suppliers.
