Retail Store Operations Manager

About the role

Decathlon Singapore is looking for a Retail Store Operations Manager to mobilize store teammates and ensure safety while driving business growth through operational excellence. The role covers five main areas: safety and asset security, operational excellence, stock availability, environmental impact and store maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Safety and asset security: measure and mitigate internal and external risks, design an evacuation process, ensure safety training according to country standards, support change projects and protect users' safety in the quality process.
• Operational excellence: apply standardized in-store processes to raise conversion rates, improve layout movements and truck-to-peg flows, set management routines, and manage store operating costs to improve investment efficiency.
• Stock availability: train teammates on stock procedures and the automatic replenishment system, run stock control to ensure accuracy, create and manage an anti-shrinkage action plan and follow flow procedures.
• Environmental impact: implement sustainable development action plans, manage provider eco-impact and allow eco-mobility.
• Maintenance: carry out preventive and corrective maintenance and checks according to country standards and contracts, enforce safety during maintenance and provide monitoring and traceability.
