Retail Supervisor

About the role

A well-established fashion label is recruiting a Retail Supervisor through its recruiter partner, Recruit Now Singapore. You will help deliver an outstanding shopping experience and drive sales performance in a busy department store, working within a close-knit team while taking ownership of daily retail operations and maintaining premium visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers warmly and offer tailored product recommendations
• Handle sales transactions and cashiering accurately and efficiently
• Work towards monthly, seasonal and store sales targets and exceed customer service KPIs
• Capture and manage customer data to personalise future interactions
• Follow up on sales enquiries and client requests
• Maintain and refresh in-store displays in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stockroom organisation and replenishment, and carry out other ad-hoc retail duties

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant retail experience; fashion retail or customer service background is an advantage
• Willing and able to work weekends and public holidays as part of a 6-day work week
