Sales Account Executive

About the role

Cadence is hiring a Sales Account Executive based in Singapore to run business campaigns across its assigned territory, covering Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. The territory combines large and geographic accounts, and the role sits within a large team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize and execute business campaigns in the assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
• Foster and grow customer relationships across all levels of the customer organization, addressing their business challenges and aligning roadmaps for long-term success.
• Work in a large team, directing and coordinating field engineer resources and collaborating with internal functional teams such as marketing, finance and legal.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or a bachelor's degree with technical sales experience.
• 5 to 10 years in sales and account management, or as an Applications Engineer or Design Engineer, with a proven track record of success.
• Understanding of the semiconductor industry and IC design is a plus.

A working knowledge of strategic selling techniques is also a plus.
