About the role

Fong Lee Metal is hiring a full-time Sales Account Manager. The role centres on driving sales, providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Handle and review customers' enquiries and requirements.
Work with various departments to respond to customers' technical queries.
Plan and execute sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and host customers' visits.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently within a team environment.
High level of initiative and adaptability to a dynamic environment.

Required skills

Ability to interpret BOMs and technical drawings is a plus.
