Sales Assistant Manager – Automotive Corporate

About the role

Our client, a leading multinational in the automotive sector, is looking for a Sales Assistant Manager to support corporate sales activities in Singapore's Central Area. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing a team of consultants, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Analyse sales data, COE quotas, and market competitiveness to inform strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and represent the brand professionally.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product positioning and market reach.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma holder.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a sales team in an automotive or related environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to work with numbers.
• Excellent leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Possession of a valid Car 3 licence.
