Sales Assistant & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Assistant & Marketing Manager will support the sales team in driving revenue for Singapore Pump Products. You will interact directly with customers, showcase product solutions, and help shape marketing initiatives that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet potential customers alongside sales representatives and conduct product demonstrations.
• Design tailored solutions, prepare proposals, proof‑of‑concepts and technical documentation.
• Support negotiations and implementation planning to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Train and supervise showroom staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Handle complex customer inquiries, build strong buyer relationships and close deals.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse market trends and maintain data in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Resolve staff grievances and performance issues before escalation.
• Travel overseas, including India, as required for business development.

Required profile

• Any Master's degree in social work or a science discipline.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on problem‑solving and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
