Sales Coordinator (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our Woodlands office. This entry‑level position supports the sales team by handling orders, quotations and customer communication in a fast‑moving piping distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Update customers on order status, delivery timelines and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documents in the system.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic product/technical support.
• Prepare simple sales reports and assist with inventory tracking when needed.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with internal coordination.
• Ensure all sales activities follow company procedures and customer service standards.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Levels education.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
