About the role
A full-time, permanent Sales Coordinator position based in Jurong East, working five days a week. The role provides sales and operational support to the Area Sales Manager for an MNC dealing in marine and industrial equipment spare parts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sales and operational support to the Area Sales Manager.
- Prepare quotations and process orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the Shipping Department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, claims and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on offers, deliveries and outstanding quotations to support sales conversion.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience in the marine equipment industry.
- Able to speak at least one Singapore dialect.
