Sales Designer – Residential Renovation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Designer to join our renovation team in Woodlands, Singapore. In this role you will combine sales expertise with design knowledge to guide clients through their home improvement projects, from initial enquiry to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to sales enquiries using company‑provided quality leads.
• Understand clients' lifestyle requirements and renovation expectations.
• Provide professional advice on space planning, design concepts, material selection, and project scheduling.
• Discuss, present, and propose design solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
• Close sales and prepare renovation contracts.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure works are completed according to approved plans and timelines.
• Work independently while maintaining strong ownership of assigned projects.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with a high degree of ownership over projects.
