Sales Development Representative (Singapore, India Market)

About the role

Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Singapore to support its India market. The SDR drives awareness and adoption of Cohesity's solutions, identifies new business opportunities and helps build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline. Working hours follow the India timezone, and the role is hybrid with 3 days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine outbound prospecting lists with team members and identify key decision-makers in target accounts.
• Create and run multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Run discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and introduce Cohesity solutions.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify them against predefined criteria.
• Book meetings for Account Executives and hand off qualified opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Cohesity platform to communicate its value clearly.

Required profile

• Ideally 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Comfortable researching companies, cold calling, emailing and navigating organizational hierarchies.
• Confident making cold calls and handling objections.
• Receptive to coaching and continuous feedback, with a collaborative, self-motivated approach.
