Sales Engineer - HVAC Solutions

About the role

Trane Technologies, a global leader in climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, is hiring a Sales Engineer in Central Singapore. The position is on-site, five days a week, and involves promoting Trane Contracting Solutions to potential customers and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and propose Trane Contracting Solutions to potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver the most appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders within the timeline.
• Write and present proposals and negotiate value, address resistance and close the sale.
• Differentiate Trane as the preferred choice.
• Ensure all work meets the specified quality and EHS standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in engineering or construction sales.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is an added advantage.
• Customer-driven mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
