Sales Engineer (Hybrid, MY Based)

About the role

BeeX is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise and commercial growth. This hybrid position supports project delivery, sales, and business operations while working closely with engineering and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage qualified leads, track engagement, and support sales targets with data‑driven insights.
• Develop deep technical fluency in BeeX products and translate complex solutions into commercial narratives for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, owning timelines, milestones, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with technically sophisticated customers, translating their requirements into structured project scopes.
• Apply root‑cause analysis and risk assessment to identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of junior team members, fostering a rigorous, growth‑oriented culture.
