Sales Executive (HVAC)

About the role

An established HVAC and engineering company is hiring a Sales Executive to drive business growth across residential and commercial segments. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and site surveys through quotation, proposal and project handover, supported by an experienced team and reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up
• Conduct on-site surveys and prepare accurate, competitive quotations
• Design and propose HVAC systems suited to residential and commercial clients
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Liaise with installation teams for timely project delivery
• Maintain sales records, client information, pipeline status and post-sale documentation
• Report sales activities, forecasts and outcomes to the Sales Director regularly

Required profile

• At least two years of sales experience; prior exposure to HVAC or building-services products strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and ability to advise clients on suitable solutions
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, as on-site client visits are regular; own vehicle is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, customer-first approach, independence and reliability
