Sales Executive

About the role

A growing company is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join its team. The role suits someone who enjoys a client-facing environment and wants to build lasting business relationships. You will help drive revenue growth and expand the client base across assigned territories or accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking and lead generation
• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and guidelines
• Work with internal teams so new clients are onboarded and served smoothly
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines and client interactions using CRM tools
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales or business development is advantageous; candidates with a strong interest in sales are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage clients at all levels
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a consultative approach
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
• Good organisational skills for managing several accounts and priorities at once
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus
