Sales Key Account Manager

About the role

P&G is looking for a Sales Key Account Manager based at its Singapore General Office. The role is about building long-term partnerships with customers, developing and negotiating plans that benefit shoppers, customers and the company, and growing a key account from start to finish. You will report to a Sales Director and act as the sales leader on a team with representatives from other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the overall business objectives with customers or channels and act as the face of the company to them.
• Build strong working relationships and an in-depth understanding of customers and the market landscape.
• Resolve client issues and act as the link between customers and internal teams.
• Use knowledge of market dynamics, shopper marketing, trade fund budgets and supply chain to build and execute business strategies.
• Lead customers in implementing business strategies and hold regular reviews with them.
• Manage sales representatives, from capability building and issue resolution to day-to-day operations, ensuring fast and excellent execution in stores.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior sales-related experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership ability, having led or managed teams in previous formal or informal roles.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
