Sales Manager – Audio Visual Solutions (Govt Sector)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Audio‑Visual (AV) solutions business within the Singapore government sector. Based in Bukit Batok, you will drive revenue growth by tailoring AV offerings to public‑sector clients and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the government sector.
• Identify, engage and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized AV solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AV sales, preferably within the government market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
