Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our consumer‑products division in Singapore. You will drive marketing initiatives, expand business opportunities and nurture strong relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
• Research market trends, analyse budgets and prepare annual financial plans.
• Lead the sales team to achieve quotas, monitor performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Gather and summarise market data to produce actionable reports.
• Evaluate inventory, suggest improvements and establish sourcing networks for household and grocery goods.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and manage client relationships through regular visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in Indian wholesale consumer products.
• Experience in wholesale/retail packaging and distribution channels.
• Bilingual ability to communicate with Indian‑language suppliers.
• Valid 2A/2B/Class 3 driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends and occasional field deliveries.
• Ability to handle warehouse temperature controls and noisy environments.
