Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead a high‑performing sales team across Singapore, driving growth and expanding the company’s customer base. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on coaching to ensure targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and strengthens market presence.
• Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and nurture long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports with realistic forecasts to senior management.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competition.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
• Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Solid business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
